The Government of Liberia, through the Ministry of Transport, has officially launched a new generation of motor vehicle license plates, marking a significant step toward strengthening vehicle identification, public safety, and effective law enforcement nationwide.
The Minister of Transport of the Republic of Liberia, Hon. Sirleaf Ralph Tyler, has called on Liberians to embrace patriotism, institutional discipline, and collective responsibility as the Ministry of Transport officially decommissioned the old motor vehicle license plates and launched a new generation of regulatory plates.
The Assistant Minister for Land Transport, Hon. Zunu K. Duyann, along with two senior staff members of the Ministry of Transport, has successfully completed a two-week international training program on road safety in Istanbul, Turkey.
