To accelerate the Single African Air Transport Market (SAATM) a flagship initiative of the African Union’s Agenda 2063, rooted in the historic Yamoussoukro Decision.
Liberia’s active presence at this high-level gathering sends a resounding message: The administration of President Joseph Nyuma Boakai is fully committed to regional integration, modernizing infrastructure, and skyrocketing economic growth.
While heavyweights like President Faure Gnassingbé and Rwandan President Paul Kagame opened the convention by challenging the continent to dismantle high taxes and restrictive policies, Liberia's delegation is strategically engaging with industry peers.
By addressing critical continental challenges such as airport infrastructure upgrades and travel cost reductions Liberia is aligning itself with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) to unlock unprecedented trade and tourism opportunities.

African Route Development Platform and a historic ministerial declaration to expedite the implementation of SAATM.
